What we are — and what we are not
Samridhhi Odisha Multiventure Private Limited is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, carrying on the business of real estate development, plantation and agricultural estates, solar and renewable energy projects, and infrastructure development.
A Certificate of Incorporation evidences registration only. It is neither a licence nor permission to solicit deposits or funds from the public, and we do not do so. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company, a chit fund, a collective investment scheme, or a deposit-taking entity, and we are not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India or the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Every transaction with us is a bilateral contract for the sale of immovable property or a bilateral investment agreement, executed on paper and — where land is involved — registered before the sub-registrar in the buyer's own name.
Documents available for inspection
- Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Memorandum of Association (e-MOA, Form INC-33) setting out the objects of the company.
- Articles of Association (e-AOA, Form INC-34).
- GST Registration Certificate in Form GST REG-06.
- Project-wise title search reports, parent documents and approved layout plans.
These may be inspected at our corporate office during working hours. Please call ahead so the relevant file can be kept ready.
Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about any project, payment or communication, write to samriddhiodisha2026@gmail.com with your booking reference. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve within fifteen. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the corporate office address above by registered post.
