Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry details — name, mobile number, email address, the project you asked about and the message you wrote.
- Buyer records — where you proceed to a booking, the identity and address documents required by law for registration of an immovable property transaction (PAN, Aadhaar, photograph, address proof).
- Associate records — where you register as a marketing associate, your identity, bank and nominee details required for payout and TDS compliance.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request information, kept for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit.
- To execute, register and complete a property transaction, and to assist with mutation.
- To meet statutory obligations — income tax, TDS, GST, PMLA and stamp duty requirements.
- To compute and pay commissions and rewards where you are an enrolled associate.
- To send service messages about a booking you have made. We do not run bulk promotional campaigns to numbers we were not given directly.
3. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make your contact details available to any third party for their own marketing. Your number does not get passed to other brokers, developers or lead aggregators.
4. Who we share it with
- Government authorities where required by law — the sub-registrar, the Income Tax Department, GST authorities.
- Panel advocates and chartered accountants engaged for your transaction, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Banks and lenders, only where you have asked us to assist with a loan application.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to three years. Transaction and KYC records are retained for the period required by applicable law, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year, and thereafter securely destroyed.
6. Security
Personal data is stored on access-controlled systems. Identity documents are held in restricted storage and are visible only to staff who need them for a specific transaction. Passwords, where you hold an account with us, are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash and are never visible to us or recoverable by us.
7. Your choices
You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required by law to retain it. You may ask us to stop calling or messaging you. Write to samriddhiodisha2026@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days.
8. Cookies
This website uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
